Granite shopping is a complicated and time consuming process. There are so many different fabricators in Springfield with inventory from around the world. But after reading the customer reviews about... East Coast Granite & Tile my wife and I had confidence that our search was probably over. At East Coast Granite, we met Blaine, our Sales Associate, who listened to our plans for remodeling our home, the colors we were utilizing, our budget and the timeframes we were dealing with. Blaine quickly took us to the warehouse where their vast assortment of granite and quartz slabs are on display. The granite color options he had available were exactly what we wanted to see and the prices which were disclosed upfront allowed us to make the best selection for our needs.Then the good news: we didn't have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for our granite to be installed. In less than two weeks, Thomas and Perry, the installers who work at East Coast Granite & Tile, were at our home with massive pieces of perfectly fabricated and polished granite to completed our remodel. Thomas and Perry took their time and each piece was handled with care and professionalism. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job. They even vacuumed up after themselves!We probably could have saved some time had we read the reviews first before we went granite shopping months earlier. But, in hindsight, educating ourselves by visiting all of those other fabricators convinced us that we were at the right place when we finally met Blaine and his team at East Coast Granite & Tile.read more

From start to finish THIS place is hands down the BEST! We spent a few days talking and getting estimates with nine different stores in the surrounding area and we decided on East Coast. Tender was... our sales associate and we had 5 star service! She answered every text and call, she always went above and beyond for us. This is a big financial purchase and we only experienced the best service with this incredible company. We were very impressed by the professionalism of everyone who came into our home and every person we had to deal with during this process. I do have to give a huge shout out to the installers…those guys ROCK! You have to look hard to find the seams in my granite. For me this was a big deal and something I was worried about…some work is not that great from what we saw in our research from other companies. Tender and her team even took pictures of newly installed granite to just show me seams before we made our decision…like I said above and beyond! Our countertops are BEAUTIFUL and I hope you have the same great experience as we did with East Coast. I HIGHLY recommend them!!read more

We had two handsome, bearded gentleman that installed a beautiful, heavy quartz countertop for us. They did a great job, and were very careful with a newly built add on kitchen. The granite counter brought out was absolutely gorgeous. The fit and finish was very good. The best part of this experience were the guys that came out for the install. They were always friendly and... professional. Elijah and Zack did the install. Elijah found an issue created by the cabinet installer on the island bar where the bolsters were not big enough and not properly secured, he refused to install the granite bar on with unsafe mounting. We got it fixed, they came back and installed the bar. I want to express my gratitude for keeping my family safe.read more
